DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our growing team at Dumpsters.com. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, pickup, and placement of roll-off containers at customer sites throughout Northeast Ohio. If you're a dependable driver who takes pride in their work and wants to join a team that values its people, we encourage you to apply.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li> Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and transport 1040 yard containers</li><li> Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs</li><li> Secure loads and operate hydraulic and auto-tarp systems</li><li> Ensure proper and safe placement of containers at residential, commercial, and industrial sites</li><li> Maintain compliance with all DOT and local safety regulations</li><li> Communicate effectively with dispatch to stay on schedule and respond to route changes</li><li> Accurately complete required documentation, such as logs, delivery records, and weight tickets</li><li> Provide professional, courteous service to customers and represent the company positively on-site</li><li> Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and follow all company safety protocols</li><li> Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and dispatch instructions</li><li> Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li> Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record and D.O.T. health card</li><li> Minimum 12 years of commercial driving experience (roll-off experience preferred)</li><li> Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards</li><li> Ability to safely operate roll-off trucks and related equipment (hook lift, auto-tarps,</li><li>hydraulics)</li><li> Strong attention to detail and ability to perform vehicle inspections</li><li> Excellent time management and communication skills</li><li> Comfortable with GPS and dispatch systems</li><li> Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions</li><li> Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical</li></ul> Education<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred</li></ul> Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements outlined below reflect those necessary for an employee to effectively carry out the essential duties of this position.
